The tools and experiences he shares in this book are priceless and reading this book is a MUST if you want to step up your game and build your own empire. This book literally was the absolute perfect read for me and came at just the right time. As I'm currently rebuilding my business and my role in the business (I'm not a Realtor), I had "flagged" so many sections in this book to go back, reread and implement. Super easy to read, I knocked it out in 2 days. I work with/support over 3000 agents and what Ron hits on inside definitely is something I've seen many many agents struggle with (as well as other business owners). Thanks for a great read Ron!

Having met Ron Howard, it was very clear to see that he truly has embodied the theories presented in his book. This book has helped me develop habits which have strengthen my business and personal connections. I recommend this book for agents who are looking for a better way of doing business outside of, cold calling, door knocking and hounding people for a moment of their time. Overall well worth the read, gained some invaluable information about creating business for Agents.
Ron Howard's book is a great quick read, that I highly recommend for anyone in real estate sales/consulting. When a friend of mine posted to recommend this book, it flew into my amazon cart in a matter of seconds, and I read it within days of arrival. What is most important about this book is how it localizes and simplifies what many think of as a big nebulous concept of "brand" and makes you think about how it applies on an individual level. A key takeaway is that however you want to brand yourself - "hardest working real estate agent" "sharp like a pilot" "philanthropist" - you actually have to become that person and be genuine. The author uses the the analogy of the poser surfers vs. the real surfers and how everyone can pretty easily tell them apart. If you're going to talk the talk, make sure you're walking the walk. This book is loaded with wisdom and is a great asset to the real estate/sales community. Thanks for sharing your work and life with us, Ron Howard!
