What a great slow cooker book. I've tried at least five of the main course recipes and they all turned out fantastic! The ingredients are simple, the spices are great and when you combine them in the slow cooker, they are some of the best dinners (easy too) I've had the pleasure of eating. No pictures in the book which gives you the chance to be creative on your own. Thanks for a really great book!
Recipes represented in here are so great because they feature ingredients and flavors that are always appealing. I may enjoy fancy food in a fancy restaurant from time to time but I have no interest in cooking this kind of food at home. This cookbook offers simple recipes that burst with flavors and they are quick and easy to prepare too. The secret is – these recipes are approachable no matter the cooking skills you have, and they are quick, that’s why the cookbook is suitable for all the working people who wish to keep themselves healthy and satisfied. This is the real food, this is the way everyone is supposed to cook and eat, and I don’t mean the recipes, I mean the vegetarian lifestyle.
In truth, I never cooked properly before I decided to go vegan, and this cookbook has helped me a lot in my vegan endeavor. I know very little about vegan cooking, but these recipes are easy enough to practice them every now and then to stay afloat during the busy working days. Recipes are informative and accurate, despite the occasional typos and misspellings. Also, I would love to see at least some photos of the finished dishes but there are none here – probably that’s why the price is so low. I believe food should be nutritive at first and then fun, so this cookbook absolutely satisfies the needs I have.
I feel like this cookbook makes the vegetarian cooking a little more fun, and it's not just another boring cookbook, telling you what to do. It's a real friend to help and guide you in the kitchen through the doubts and issues you have with your vegetarian diet. For vegans who are beginners with cooking and the slow cooker too, this cookbook would be fabulous. Not only the recipes are easy to make, but they are also super fast too, and the food is absolutely delicious. I've made probably 10 to 12 % of the recipes so far, and not a single one was disappointing.

All these recipes include the information about preparation time, cooking time, servings and nutrition. All instructions are very detailed and helpful. I have tried some recipes of this cookbook and all my dishes were delicious. I liked this book and I' m glad to have it on my Kindle to use when I need it. I highly recommend this cookbook for those who want to eat healthy and tasty meal.
The Chinese tofu and veggies recipe is phenomenal – so easy and pleasing. I rented a ton of vegan cookbooks previously to the purchase of this one but now I’m going to give them back because now I have everything I need to keep me inspired and well-fed for a long time from now. If you want to spend a little more time cooking, you can always edit the recipe and add some kind of personal touch – something to be recognizable whenever you cook it. I cut out a lot of oil and things still cook just fine for me – I couldn’t be more satisfied for now.
You gotta love this cookbook. First, it's a whole lot recipes in here, for anything you want, from soups to curries and so on. Then, everything is cooked in the crockpot, so its ridiculously easy and healthy at the same time, since you aren't frying and using too much oil. And finally, these vegan meals are so delicious!Yup, there are some misspellings, and no pics, but instead you get a nice chunk of ideas for your dinners for the rest of 2018. I think it's worth the deal.
